TheRugEmporium.com stands behind every product we sell. If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 15 days and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer. Personalized and custom-made items are, regretfully, non-returnable unless there is damage or a defect. In this case we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered. Packages must be sent back to us with UPS or FedEx Ground or any other carrier that can track and insure its´ packages. Make sure to call or email us with the tracking number so that we can track the package for you and issue credit immediately upon arrival. If a package is returned you are responsible for shipping cost to and from our warehouse. We do not accept rugs that have been damaged or soiled by the customer. No refunds after 15 days.
BEFORE RETURNING A RUG PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL US FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. MAKE SURE TO ATTACH THE RA# TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. RUGS RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED AT THE WAREHOUSE AND SENT BACK TO THE SENDER AT YOUR COST.

Custom sized rug orders may not be returned for credit.
Rug pads/under lays that have been removed from their original packaging may not be returned for credit.
There will be no refund or credit issued for Guardsman Fabri-Coate that has been applied to a rug.
